The more your chiropractor knows about your activities, the better they will be able to narrow down where your problems are occurring and tailor their treatments to your needs. Some chiropractors dispense more lifestyle advice than others, but if yours does not immediately offer advice regarding lifestyle changes, feel free to request it. They may have some valuable nutrition tips, for example, that could complement the therapy they are giving you.
